The iSchool and #140cuse are teaming up to send an iSchool student to present at the #140Conf in New York City this June! Introducing the first ever 140Challenge, five iSchool students will put it all on the line and deliver 10 minute presentations on disruptive technologies and the world as we know it. Come watch the competitors leave it all on the iCafe stairs each Friday from 12-1pm in hopes of winning the 140 Challenge. The competition will take place on Feb 17, Feb 24, Mar 2, Mar 23 and Mar 30, with one student presenting each day.

The winning student will be awarded a speaking spot at the 140Conf this June. It’s a battle of brawn, it’s a battle of brains, it’s a battle of social media know-how.

Join us at each competition for pizza and some student insight on how social media is changing the world. Then make your voice heard by voting and having a hand in who makes it to the conference this summer!

The judges, besides you, are the #140Cuse team as well as the founder of the 140Counference, Jeff Pulver, who will be making a special appearance at the March 2nd competition!

With nothing to lose and fame and glory to gain, the 140 Challenge will be one for the records.
